Kill rex then start to do some damage to prime until rex spawned again, at which point I'd go back to rex. Do this until prime dies which usually took me ~3 rex kills, and then hen prime is dead, kill supreme which you should easily be able to do before rex spawns again. Then rinse and repeat.
